Gerber Paraframe I-Ti Grey, Serrated
There’s a lot of knives and brands out there to chose from. This is just one of the eight paraframe knifes that Gerber has to offer. I like this one the best because it’s lightweight, easy to travel with, it opens effortlessly, and I can use it everyday. It has a minimal frame-lock design, meaning that the locking mechanism to hold the blade in place is part of the knife frame as oppose to a liner-lock, which isn’t part of the frame. It doesn’t really make a difference to me whether it’s a frame-lock or liner-lock. They’re both pretty strong and the grip feel about the same to me. The open frame gives it a unique look and also contributes to its lightweight. It’s made with stainless steel and coated with titanium. It also has a stainless steel handle and clip, which I really love because it clips on tight.
